Strange problem sending mail

My boss is using Microsoft Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711). She has it set to
save sent messages in the sent mail folder. When email is created by using
New message or replying to a message, it saves the message in the sent mail
folder like its supposed to. When email is created by opening the address
book and clicking on Action/Send Mail the message does not get saved in the
sent mail folder. Anybody have any ideas?

This is a real shot in the dark but are you using OL2000 in Internet Mail
Only mode (check the second line here in Outlook: Help menu > About)? Does
your boss also have her mail account(s) setup in Outlook Express on the
machine? If so, check the sent items folder there

Boy are you good. It is internet mail only mode. I didn't think she even
used OE on her machine, but sure enough, she's got it all set up and the
sent messages are there. You have any idea how I can change it so that they
all end up in the same place? I don't think she's using OE now, just
Outlook.
