Strange Recurrence Schedule, no options available

Hello,

I am trying to set up a recurring meeting that happens on the 7th work day
of every month (using default work days of mon-fri). However, I do not see
an option to easily do this in Outlook.

On the Monthly Recurrence option, I can select up to the 4th Weekday, but it
will not let me select the 7th here.

Perhaps I am missing something simple.

Has anyone had this issue or does anyone have a suggestion?
