Hi,
i've installed MS Office 2003 Basic edition (Word, Excel, Outlook) on
Windows XP Pro. After the installation there are several undeletable folders
with cryptic names on drive c (my system drive). The folders have names like
85498765fg567657h4f567578df, contain a subfolder named sp2 and in it a
single undeletable file update.exe. That's quite annoying since there are 6
of them. Disabling write protection doesn't work.
How can I get rid of them ?
What are they used for ? (Looks like some update feature of SP2)
Thanks.
