Stuck in Restricted Mode

Office 2003 Pro on Windows XP Pro is stuck in restricted mode even after
initially activating product. When I click on Activate product I get nothing.

Are you sure? Many computer manufacturers are including trial versions
of Office 2003 with new computers sold at big-box stores, but they only
put full versions on custom-ordered computers when the customer pays
extra to get the full version. Did you actually pay an extra $200 to
$400 to get Office 2003?
