Student Teacher Edition

Hi!

I recently lost my copy of Student and Teacher 2003 version and wish to re
purchase it. However when i originally bought it i was a student which i am
not now. When i bought the first version i was told by a Microsoft agent that
even after i stopped being a student i would still be licensed to use it.
Should there be a problem in me re buying the disk?

Any help will be appreciated!
