Style Sheet Question - Word X

Hi-

When I go to define a new style, it lists the Description as:

"Body + Font: Helvetica, (Asian) Japanese"

What does that mean? I see no font named that. If I change the font to
something else, the "(Asian) Japanese" remains. How do I set it to
standard US English font? Basically, where is the setting to get rid
of the (Asian) Japanese "setting"?
