Sub-total outlines

I have created sub-totals on a worksheet, but for some reason the outline
that typically shows up is not working. The sub-total lines were inserted,
but the grouping did not. Is this a set-up or a program issue?

For one thing, the items must actually change and this is evaluated in the
'for each change in' box when you first run the Subtotals tool. Assuming
this is fine, you may want to turn off your computer and turn it on and then
retry. I can't think of any reason why the Subtotals tool wouldn't work...
