Sub Web Discussion site

Stan

After following several suggestions I received from some
very helpful and knowledgable people on this site I have
decided that the frustration of not being able to get
this thing to work properly is more than I bargained for
when I took on this assignment.

Everything about the sub web works with the exception of
the Contents page. It should show what has been posted
and allow a thread, but this just doesn't happen.

I even went as far as deleting the sub web and setup a
new one with the same results. I next uninstalled
Frontpage 2003 and re installed it thinking perhaps I had
a problem along those lines.

I will have to look in a different direction I guess to
make something the members of our association can post to
as this has become a large issue gauging from the email I
get.

Thanks for trying to help

1. Remove the space in the folder name containing the page the form submits to and replace it with
an underscore_ or a dash -:

<form method="POST" action="../_vti_bin/shtml.exe/A%20Web7/disc1_post.htm" onSubmit=""
webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">

Should be:
<form method="POST" action="../_vti_bin/shtml.exe/A_Web7/disc1_post.htm" onSubmit=""
webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">

Spaces break links.

Also you need to post the comments to a "separate" page, you're trying to post to disc1_post.htm
when in fact that is the page called in the frame that contains your submission form:
<!--webbot bot="EvaluateFirst" u-evaluate="disc1_post.htm" -->

http://www.3-4cav.com/A Web7/disc1_post.htm

You need to post to a different page, such as posts.htm and then call posts.htm in the frame where
you are calling disc1_post.htm

like this:
<!--webbot bot="EvaluateFirst" u-evaluate="post.htm" -->
