Subject Heading in Public Folders

I have a user who has lost the "Subject" heading when viewing Public
Folders. In other words, when she clicks on any public folder, the list to
the right that shows the folder's contents will show Importance, Status,
Flag, Attachment, Received, but no Subject.

We have a couple hundred folders in there so going into each one and using
the Field Chooser to reinstate the heading is really not an option.

Any ideas?
