Rules

I receive emails forwarded from my supervisor - who is on a distribution
list. The email always has attachments.

I've created a rule stating from "Sue X," and with "criteria" in subject or
body, clear message flag and move to "XX" folder.

Some of the criteria are the names of the people who send the reports, the
name of the reports, or if a file with pci.xcl is attached.

Now, any mail I receive from Sue goes to that folder, and I sometimes miss
other important info she's sending me (because I don't check that folder
often).

How can I have regular mail from Sue go to my inbox, instead of the report
folder?

You need to go to TOOLS>RULES & ALERTS then either change the rule o
create a new rule syphoning off mails from Sue x that have a ver
specific criteria as here you can edit the rule to encompass all sort
of things, the more specific you make the criteria the better chance yo
have of just getting the particular posts you want
