you could try it with some VBA code like this:

Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
If Instr(1, Item.Body, "my info",vbTextCompare)=0 Then
Msgbox "my info is missing"
Cancel=True
End If
End Sub

Hi Scott,

Outlook does not do this natively, but you can use a third party tool like
Attachment Forget-Me-Not (yes, I know it's misnamed but it helps with
subject lines as well). More info at

You might also try http://www.emailaddressmanager.com - I believe it also
has a facility for blank subjects.
