"subject.txt" attachment on incoming emails (outlook 2000)

I have a user who started receiving attachemtns on ALL
plain text emails she receives. The attachment is named
"SUBJECT OF EMAIL.txt" and contains the original text of
the email.

This just started happening, nothing changed that we know of.

Any help?
