Submit form results to varying site posts

I am using the version of frontpage included in office xp.
I have created a form for recording telephone messages for staff who are out
of the office. I have a page for each staff member where I would like the
message to be posted.

For example: A message for: Tom (in the recipients line would go to his
page)
A message for: Jill (in the recipients line would go to her page)

There are currently four staff member and growing.
I only seem able to get results to go to one place instead of varying places
depending on who the message is for.

Thanks in advance

You will need to create a DB solution for this

Or create a guest book for each employee, however a database is the best option.
