submit info from forms

Hi,
I am having a problems--keep in mind I am a newbee (not
very techie) When I hit my submit button to send a form,
I get a error page that proceeds that reads: HTTP 405 -
If I hit the refresh button my page comes up. Is this a
common problem...is there a fix?
any help would be great!
