subtract 10 from every number in a column

I am new to excel and I am trying to use it for inventory management.
am trying to subtract 10 dollars from every number in my Price column
what steps would I take to achieve this

Put 10 in a cell and copy it.

Select all of the target cells
Menu Edit>Pastespecial and click Subtract in the Operation area
OK
