subtracting a number from all cells in worksheet

How can I subtract 25 from ever cell in a worksheet with out haveing t
do it cell by cell. :confused

Enter 25 in an unused cell. Copy this cell. Select the target cells you want
to modify. Run Edit|Paste Special|Subtract.

Put 25 in an empty cell....copy this cell....select the
cells you want to work with...hit Paster Special/subtract

copy, edit menu, paste special, select value, and
operations subtract
