subwebs cannot be accessed

Hello,

structure:
index.htm->summer03(folder)->summer03.htm

When I try to access summer03.htm from a link on
index.htm I get an error saying that URL\summer03
\summer03.htm is not avaiable (or something to that
effect)

I have tried to access summer.htm directly with the URL,
but neither summer.htm nor any other page in the subweb
folder is accessible. However this all works fine when
run from my C drive.

What am I doing wrong?
