successive printing of small size pages on larger sheet size

Greetings, When I've used the wizard to create a monthly calendar with
postcard sized pages, and then want to print it, it wants to print 4 of the
same month (postcard size) on 8.5X11 sheets, requiring therefore 12 pages
with 4 months on each page.

Is there any way for me to print this calendar using just 3 sheets, with 4
successive months on each sheet, ie. 1st sheet has Jan-April etc?

You will have to setup your page manually and insert the calendars. In page
setup, landscape, in the arrange menu, two rows, two columns.
Copy/paste your created calendars to the new publication.

Many thanks. That method occurred to me and I tried it, but thought surely
there's a better way that I just don't know how to access. thanks again,

If you were to print each card separately, you could setup your printer for a
custom postcard size. Your publication would have four pages.
