Suggestions on Emailing flyer to a Specific Group Regulary

Ok I have Outlook 2007. I have all of my contacts in my contact list and I
also use Business Contacts for a small home business/website I run. I send
out regular email notifications from Microsoft Publisher 2007.
And I have all of my contacts sorted by groups. But what I have run into on
numerous times is when I'm ready to email a flyer or email, I can't send an
email by a group. So I end up having to click each persons name in by hand.
Then when I tried to send a Marketing Campaign through Business Contact that
is so hard to understand how to sort the names out.
What is the best recommendation for getting all of my business contacts into
one group so that when I need to send an email I can just click that group
and mail it all off?And How Do I do it. Is there a video that shows me the
steps or can someone simplify the steps. Please
I remeber reading somewhere when i first started Distribution,

Best to use categories. Then you can sort/filter your contacts by category,
highlight all that belong to the current category and add them to your list
of recipients. Best you put them in the BCC field though, or they will all
see each others email addresses

Or try our email scheduler (http://www.repeatmail.com) which will allow you
to send multiple individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments,
either as a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval. The
recipients list can be drawn from your Outlook Contacts, a plain text
file, database or spreadsheet. It also allows you to specify the interval
between each send so as to avoid triggering any spam limits on your account.
Outlook is not needed to send. Your machine needs to be switched on, but you
don't even have to be logged in. Works with Win 98/XP/2003/Vista

You don't even need to do that. Highlight the Category name then do
Actions-Create-New Mail to Contact.

Hey Guys I;m so sorry I should have used the word Categories instead of the
word Groups. I have all my contacts sorted by Categories already, Not Groups.
But When I'm in Publisher 2007 which is where I send the flyers/emails from I
usually click Send email as message and then the Email form will pop up. How
do I select a specific category at that point? That is where I run into
trouble? When I click the To/CC/BCC field and type in the name of the
category I dont' get anywhere. So I end up entering each name by individual
click.

Sorry, have never used Publisher, perhaps you should ask in one of the
Publisher newsgroups

Didn't you ask this in another group as well? It's best not to multipost.

See if anything here helps: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/massmail.asp

Hi Brian Tillman,
Yes I did post it in another board. it was suggested that I do so but
someone on that board. Also I did it because I wanted to ensure some answers
and since it was my first time posting to this group I wasn't sure which was
the best place for my question. My apology to the group or boards if I've
violated some sort of rule. I wasn't aware.
Thanks
