SUM and IIF

I have text box (text1)
control source = sum ([NEMP])
is possible to add another condtion if text1=sum([NEMP])=0 (the value of
calculation =0) what I want
replace the 0 with another text box value text2
is this possible

Try setting the control source of text1 to...
=IIf(Sum([NEMP])=0,[text2],Sum([NEMP]))
