Supressing long list of recipients when printing

I often get mail that is addressed to a long list of recipients. When I print the mail, I get a page long list of everyone the message went to before the body of the message. Is there any way to not print the "To:" list. I would like to print the rest of the header - From, date, subject, etc.

Save the message as a file (format depends on message format), edit that file, then print.
