Survey: Display Answer for TeleReps in Response to Question

I have a bit of a complex task, I am wanting to display an answer/information
script for telereps in response to their selection of a question.

Is there a simple way to display a canned answer/script in a popup window
(not through a MSGBOX due to the large size and complexity (bullets and small
tables [3Cols x 3-5Rows]) of some content. I need to be able to include
several action buttons and a checkbox on this window:
A) Back - take the user back to the category/question selection screen;
B) More Questions - account for the question selected and then take
user back
to the category/question selection screen ;
C) Notify checkbox; and
D) Done - take the user to a completion screen.

Due to the variable length of the some response scripts it should allow for
a scroll bar for the user to slide down/up to view all of the script content.
