Help! I have been getting a message saying "a program is
trying to access the email addresses stored in your
outlook" What's wrong with my outlook program? Is there a
hacker? How can I resolve this problem?

Did you recently install Office XP SP1? If so, see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm for a list of third-party
tools for which you may need an upgrade to avoid these normal Outlook
security prompts.

Could be either virus or legit software. Are you using a
PDA that is sycnhing with Outlook? If so, there's your
culprit. If not, scan for viruses and spyware.

FYI - If the software is legit and you don't want to be
prompted you need to configure this via AD or Admin
Pack. -or- download 3rd party software like "ClickYes"
that automatically answers "Yes" to the prompts.

If you have a PPC and Franklin Covey Software addin for Outlook, you will
get this. Pain. Unstall Franklin Covey and it goes away.
