Hi,
Thought I'd drop some advice while asking a question about
these Microsoft Security Update Virus e-mails.
I recently found a braw program called POP3 Scan Mailbox.
It's a real simple program which downloads very basic
header info on e-mails so you can tell who it's from and
what it's about. It then lets you delete all the crap so
that when you run Outlook (express) you only download the
ones you want. A lot quicker than downloading the full e-
mails.
This program is here

My question out of all of this is, Does anyone know if it
is possible to set Outlook 2000 to do this. ie only
download the headers of the e-mail so that you delete all
the guff quickly?
