swedish proofing tools for Office 2000 (US version)

How can I install the Swedish proofing tools into the US version of MS Office
2000?
Do I need additional software for this?

I did find information about a multilanguage proofing tool CD available for
Office XP and Office 2003. Are these tools backward compatible with Office
2000?

You will need the Office 2000 Proofing Tools CD as described in
http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/2000/worldwide/proofing.asp ,
but this CD is no longer available from Microsoft. Proofing tools for
Office XP and Office 2003 will not work in Office 2000.

Is it possible to download it somewhere ?
I already have a license because I've one for 2003 (for 15 users).
But some computers still have office 2000.
