switch "from" identities with Exchange and Outlook2000

We have two separate domains on our Exchange server and I'd like to be
able to switch the reply address without changing the default email
account in Active Directory. Is that possible? Changing the "Have
replies sent to" field doesn't work. The emails still show the default
address listed in AD. Thanks!
