Switch Identity

When using Outlook and when switching identity outlook
goes away. When an attempt is issued to open Outlook the
message is displayed that an instance is running. If CTRL
Alt Delete is executed and that instance is ended Outlook
still cannot be executed and the system still thins an
instance is running even though no instance of the
program is displayed.

Any ideas?

The Operating system has been reloaded once and patches
for Explorer and Outlook have been applied.

Outlook does not use Identities. What version of Outlook are you uisng?
