Sychronizing error

I added an email account to outlook and everytime I hit send and receive, the new account (at http account through roadrunner) returns an error message about the synchronizing headers. I've gone into the accout settings and it doesn't even have a "Inbox" box I can check to include in the accounts to be included every time a send and receive occurs. What am I doing wrong?

Only MSN and Hotmail HTTP accounts are supported.
