Symbols fall to bottom of page

I have a visio process flow diagram with 5 swimlanes. When I look at it on
my computer, it looks fine. But when someone else opens it, the symbols
appear bunched at the bottom of the page (although they are still connected).
This is a recent anomoly. for the past 3 months, it has been working fine.

In order to solve this, I have have grouped all of the symbols together.
But the problem with this is I want to be able to click on individual symbols
and have the application jump to another page in the file so the person can
get more information on a particular task in the flow.

Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

Thank you.

Is a printer installed on the other computer? Is it the default
computer? Is it recognised by Visio? What is the standard paper size?
What happens if you change the paper size / drawing size?

This was an issue with Visio 2000, and I am not aware of it occurring in
any more recent version of Visio. Since Visio 2000 is no longer supported,
it would be best if the users upgraded to at least version 2003 to have a
better Visio experience.
