Can i add a picture to the Symbols list. If so how can i do it?

found a way to it since most of the formatting are lost if imported from
Word, and i cant create a bullete in publisher. any ideas?

The only way to get anything into the Insert > Symbol dialog is to have
it
in a font file.
To get an image into a font file is not easy without specific software.

done with other colors.
