Synching a Public Calendar with an Exchange Mailbox calendar

We have a shared public company calendar that I would like to have appear on my Outlook Today (Outlook 2003). Also, I would like to synch this with my Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
