Synchonzing Offline Folder-Oulook 2003

I recently installed Outlook 2003. I have setup Outlook
to work offline with my Inbox, Contacts and Calendar.
Outlook does seem to synchronize the folders, but stops
well-short of syncrhonizing all the contents. I have
deleted my OST file and recreated it, but the problem
repeates itself. Any idea what is causing this and of a
possible solution.

What do you see in your synchronization logs in the deleted items folder?

There are no synchronization logs. When I do synchronize,
Outlook reports that the synchronization is correct--and
there are no error messages. However, when I check my
Inbox folder properties, the messages synchronized are
well short of the actual number of messages on the
Exchange Server. I found an support article that
described the problem and followed the instructions
(clear offline items and then re-synchronize), but with
the same results.
