When I start Outlook 2002, it shows the
message "Synchronizing Hierarchies" in the bottom right of
the screen. This slows the entire program down and lasts
for about 10-15 minutes. I am using IMAP and have checked
that my .pst files aren't overly large.
Can somebody please tell me why this is happening and how
I can fix it??
