Synchronization w OZ-590

Can not get Outlook to synch all data to my Sharp OZ-590, It will xfer the first and last names and telephone no's but will not xfer the address or any misc info. Iam using Win 98se and Office 2000. I contacted Sharp they say the problem is the setting in outook ad refered me to Microsoft. Tks for any help. G
