Hi,
We are having little a problem at work.
The problem is that the synchronization between the Exchange 2003
server and the Outlook 2003 client isn't complete. The offline file
(ost) that we made for each client isn't complete. We are all missing
about 2-6 weeks of email when we are working offline. All clients are
configured in the "Cached Mode" and as I said before they all have
ost's.
The only way to synchronize the folders is to SHIFT+F9 every
individual folder. And even then not all the email, contacts etc is
synchronized. Then we only "loose" about 1-2 weeks of email, contacts
etc.
Does somebody have a solution, not a third party one, to our problems?
The synchronization option of Outlook 2003 is clearly not doing the
job completely. Please help us!!!
