Dear all,
please help me with this issue. I created a project with Microsoft Project
and now I'd like MS Outlook to show the milestones from my Project as tasks
in Outlook Today. Is it possible?

Thank you!

It can be done but it might not be worth your while to go through the
trouble unless the project is very complicated and/or you want to send the
info to other resources as well as to your own Outlook task list. You can
send info about tasks from Project to resources using the Workgroup tools.
They're not activated by default in Project 2003 but you can get the info on
how to turn them on and required files from the MS Knowledgebase. Check out
the following URL and its related pages.

I have installed the WGsetup and set the registry keys but i don't see any
additional toolbars or buttons in my outlook or project professional.

can any one send me a screen shot (if possible at eric.anacay"AT"yahoo.com)
of what happens and how to use the installed feature.

i'm not sure if i'm missing something in the installation or maybe i was
expecting something different. WIll it be able to load the project tasks to
outlook task?

Thanks!

You should find a Workgroup Tools toolbar in Project. To send the tasks to
your outlook you need to be the assigned resource, of course, and also have
entyered you email in the resource information in Project.
