synchronize outlook using owa

Is there a way to synchronize my outlook mail using
outlook web access over the internet when connected to my
personal ISP.

It's considered 'unsupported' by MS, but it does work for Ex2000/2003.

Choose HTTP account type and enter the OWA url for the server url, adding
your mailbox name at the end:
http://owa.domain.com/exchange/mailbox/
