Synchronizing outlook on two desktop computers via internet

Hi,
I have a desktop at home and a desktop at work and would
like to know if there is a way to synchronize outlook 2003
on both machines. I have DSL in both places now.

I have a similar situation. Syncing a laptop with a

desktop. The only thing that works for me is to use a
Palm device to sync the two computers. It works fairly
well. It will sync most all of the important features
but not all such as e-mail and file attachments.

I've been using yahoo intellisync for a long time now and it works great -
syncs calendar, to do, notes and addresses - not email.
