synchronizing PC with laptop

Now that I have same version of XP and Outlook loaded on both my PC and my laptop, is there a way to synchronize the data between the two units? I'm traveling about 4 days a week and trying to update all the schedule changes and contact info is time consuming. Is there an easier way? Help!
