Syncing Windows Mobile 2005 with Outlook 2003 via ActiveSync 4.1

While I get the Pocket PC to sync with the desktop if I DONT select any of
the Outlook 2003 components (i.e. contacts, calendar items, etc), I get a
'firewall' error (85010014). I have found and have gone thru the ActiveSync
procedure to define 3 new programs and 5 new ports to my Norton Personal
Firewall ... and have even just disabled the firewall completely. I believe
the problem lies within Outlook 2003 and Windows Mobile 2005, as I get can an
older Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition to sync with Outlook
2003 via ActiveSync 4.1

HELP?!
