Syncronize Hotmail and Outlook Folders

I just started using Outlook and I'm trying to figure out
how to integrate my Hotmail Folders (Inbox, Trash, Sent,
Etc) with the Folders that are under Outlook Today
(Inbox, Sent, Contacts, Calender, Etc). I can send from
my Outlook Today, and from my Hotmail, but they are the
same address. Any Ideas?
