Syncronize outlook

I have 3 computers for the sales stuff in a network where I want to sync the
sales email account between them where bookings get done.

Example: If one the sales respond to a inquire the other 2 will see the reply.

Which mail account type are you using?
If Exchange, you can set sharing permissions on this additional mailbox;

To have the Sent Items items for that additional mailbox also go into that
mailbox see;
