System Admin & Distribution List & Attachments

Problem started when I tried to send out a picture (xmas
card) to 125 email addresses on a distribution list. Got
a message from System Administrator that message was
Undeliverable in the subject line..no error message in
body of email. My ISP said to break it down to 25
addresses per DL..did this and 3 of them went through..the
other 2 bounced back with same message as above...ISP Help
Desk said to wait 20-30 minutes to let the spam alogrithym
clean out..waited 2 hours and did not work...was able to
send one name through..then tried 15 and failed..then 10
and failed...got 3 to go through..then tried 10 again and
failed..now it is failing with only one name...ISP says
that it is not leaving my PC...thoughts?
