system lockup on print

we're using Project Server 2002, and when we try to print a status report
from the web access the users entire system locks up and a reboot is
required.

has anyone experienced this problem and if so do you have a solution?

My experience has been that the correct printer driver
has not been installed or that the one installed has not
been selected as the default printer.
