I am having a problem with my system slowing down.
Everything seems to be going ok after boot up. I start
outlook and receive my emails via a dial-up modem. When I
log-off my system slows down. This is also shown on the
system monitor graph which goes from 20% to 85-100%. When
I shut the system down there invariable seems to have a
problem and the system will not close so I have to switch
off
My system - Toshiba satelite, windows ME, office 2000.
Can anyone help, please..?
