Tab function?

I have a worksheet with 15 or so tabs across the bottom. I'd like t
make another tab as a "Table of Content," referencing all of the othe
tabs in the worksheet.
Is there a way to link the tabs on the entry of the table of content
click on that entry, and go directly to that tab, opening the page o
the particular tab
