tabels moving even when checked

HI,
I hope someone can help me.I am a frontpage 2000 user.
I have designed a relatively simple table format
identical on each page of my web site.
ww2.shaganarts.com (test site)
I have been adjusting the table and cells to line up
vertically with the drop down menu at the top of the
page. When I view it in on my computer (windows
XP /explorer) It sits perfectly. When I go to anybody
elses computer the cells move left and right. I have
checked the width and height boxes in table properties -
but to no avail.
Any ideas?
My text isn't wrapping. Could this be it? When I type in
the cell the table expands unless I hit the enter key.
How do you fix the table format for the entire site?

For one thing, there's no closing html tag </html> in the page.
Also you have an "empty" script tag outside of the head tags at the top of the page as follows.
<html>
<script type="text/javascript"></script>
<head>

And also, you have an extra div tag: <div align="left"> which could be removed, but make sure you
remove one of the closing div tags </div> at the bottom of the page when you remove it.
