Table border colors

Using FP2002, WinXP
When I insert a table in one of the web pages, I select a color for the
borders. It shows correctly on the Main Window Area.
When I save and publish it, it shows the table with the applied color border.
Later on, I notice that if I go to make changes on the same page where the
table displays, the borders are now light grey.
To my dismay, after correcting the color, publishing it, when I visit the
page using the IE Browser, the borders are light gray again.
What is controlling and changing the border colors?

Can you provide an URL so we can look at the code - or can you post the code
for the table you're having problems with, so we can look and see what is
causing this problem?

You may have inadvertantly set the "cell borders" or something else, which
is overriding your settings. What colour did you want the borders to be?.

Check the Table Properties and the border colour option. (Rightclick the
table, then select Table Properties).
Also check the Cell properties (right click within a cell, then choose Cell
properties).

Also, could it be you have a style sheet that overrides your "properties"
settings?
or that the browser is simply displaying that colour because that's all it
can manage, or might be a video card issue?

You may have the right answer with my use of a Theme. I looked into modifying
the Theme I use but could not find where I could change the table borders.
The borders keep going back to the light grey color although I keep changing
them to navy blue or other colors.
Could you steer me to how the Theme modification works for the borders?

Thanks for the help.
