Table not centered in word....

I'm using Office2000 and when I copy and paste a table into Word, it won't
center. It stays skewed to the left. I can drag it ot the center, but this
is going to be a large project and it would be helpful if it would center
itself.

Have you got the alignment set to Center (Table tab of Table Properties) and
made sure that there is no negative indent?
