Table of Contents - apply to one section only

I have a document with appendices added as different sections. I want a table of contents for the main document and a seperate list for the appendices. I can do the appendix list manually, I don't need a TOC for it, but I don't want the appendix headers to appear in the TOC. Is there a way I can specify the range of the TOC?
Thanks!

Bookmark the portion of the document you want included and then add the \b
switch to the TOC field. See
